Prepango is a retail tech company offering automated vending solutions and a direct-to-consumer e-commerce platform across high-traffic U.S. locations.

MY ROLE

I joined Prepango as their first and only designer, hired as Design and Innovation Manager to bring coherence to a fast-growing ecosystem that had scaled faster than its design foundation could support. That meant owning the full design agenda across every touchpoint: physical vending machines, e-commerce, internal tools, and B2B. All of this also meant I needed to make sure decisions in one area didn't create problems elsewhere.

PROJECTS

With a lot on the table and limited resources, I focused on the work that would have the most lasting impact.I built the white-label design system that made the vending UI scalable across partner brands, facilitated the stakeholder workshop that gave the e-commerce brand a real foundation, worked end-to-end with engineering on a mobile-first B2B site, and conducted the field research that shaped the internal tooling strategy. I operated as both designer and product manager depending on what the work needed.

The first brand to receive a fully custom vending experience, built on a white-label design system I created to scale across all machines.

A B2B lead gen site designed and built end-to-end with engineering, giving illy a dedicated intake channel for new location partners.

Before we could redesign the site, we had to align on what the brand actually was. A stakeholder workshop and a synthesis session later, we had a direction worth building on.

A homepage redesign grounded in the new brand guidelines, modern e-commerce patterns, and a cleaner, fresher visual language.
