Prepango is a retail tech company offering automated kiosks and smart vending solutions across high-traffic U.S. locations, along with a direct-to-consumer e-commerce solution.
As Prepango’s Design & Innovation Manager, I was responsible for redefining the digital and physical experience across the company’s growing ecosystem.
The ecosystem consisted of: online shopping (ShopallHub.Com), a bespoke intake site (illyvending.com), internal tools used by restockers and machine technicians, and Auto-Vending SaaS.
Identifying how design decisions would impact the ecosystem to prevent further siloing required consistency and polish across all touchpoints.
During my time at Prepango, I:
Led design across five core products: SaaS platforms, e-commerce, internal dashboards, illyvending.com (B2B), and white-label vending UI
Built modular, brand-aligned UI systems to support ecosystem scalability
Facilitated stakeholder workshop to align on e-commerce brand strategy, tone, and overall design direction
Operated as product manager to oversee collaboration with developers, marketers, and external brand partners
Conducted ongoing competitive and trend research to keep design work innovative and informed
